How much does it cost to print?

174 views   |   0 Vote this question as useful.   0 Vote this question as not useful.   |   Last updated on Sep 16, 2023    Printing

Printing costs:

  • 5 cents per one-sided black-and-white page
  • 6 cents for double-sided black-and-white
  • 9 cents for a single-sided color page
  • 13 cents for a double-sided color page

All students are allotted $30 per year by ITS for printing.

To save money, select "duplex" and “black-and-white” from the “Options” menu on the printer. Duplex is double-sided printing: it prints one page on each side of a single sheet of paper. Most computers default to double-sided, black-and-white printing, but check settings before printing.
