You do not have to be a current student or Agnes Scott graduate to visit McCain Library. Everyone is welcome into the library during Visitor hours, though only campus community members (students, faculty, and staff) are permitted to enter or remain in the library late at night.

Please sign in and out the Visitor Log at the Check Out Desk. Visitors are limited to the following usage hours during the academic year (late August - mid-May). For the two weeks around exam times, visitor access will be prohibited in order to prioritize our students.

  • Monday - Thursday 10 AM - 7 PM
  • Friday 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Saturday 10 AM - 4 PM
  • Sunday 4 PM - 7 PM

Note: An individual visitor's library access may be terminated at the discretion of any library staff for violation of policies, disruptive behavior, or any activity deemed detrimental to McCain Library or our primary campus community users.

To learn more, visit the Alumnae & Visitors page on the library website.
