Why am I being prompted to pay for an article?

Here are three reasons you may prompted to pay for an article:

1. You are not logged into the database with your library credentials.

2. The library does not have access to the article you need and you should request it through Interlibrary Loan.

3. The library is experiencing a problem with database access and the problem needs to be reported.
