What should I do if the printer does not recognize my ID?

If the printer does not recognize your ID, click on “ADD Login” to try logging in using your network ID and password. Your network ID is the first part of your email address, which is before the @ symbol.

If your network ID does not work, call the ITS Help Desk at 404.471.5487 or email itshelp@agnesscott.edu. Someone should be available to immediately troubleshoot the issue.
