McCain Library uses CDL (Controlled Digital Lending) to make print editions of books owned by McCain Library available to students for set amounts of time. This electronic lending process is similar to physical course reserves. When sections of a physical book are requested for virtual access, the library will digitally scan the requested pages and then make them available in 2-hour increments.

To receive a scan of a chapter, email your request to accessservices@agnesscott.edu, making sure to include the title of the book, chapter number or the page numbers needed, and a two-hour time slot and date (ex. 8/29 from 7-9 PM) when you would like to access the book.
